Observation on Teacher
1. Planning for Teaching
Before the learning process started, the teacher will prepare the lesson plan for the day. They will prepare all of the lesson, media, assignment before enter the classroom.
2. Preparing Lesson and Materials
Before teaching, the teacher will prepare the lesson, material first such a create a attractive media, make a question for assignment and make sure the learning objectives was detailed so all of the students can reached it.
3. Teaching in Class
They will follow the lesson plan during the learning proccess, sometimes the teacher give some additional explanation that needed in the learning proccess. Before go tho the main materials, the teacher will give some motivation first to improve the spirit, the teacher will give a review first relate to the previous materials.
4. Measurement and Evaluation
The measurement and evaluation that used is from the quiz, worksheet, group work, individual work, and weekly test. Sometimes the assignment of the students is used for the measurment.
