3. Problem-solving
Problem solving used by asking the students questions and aswer the students questions, asking for how many pupils didn't understand with the lessons.
4. Classroom Management
In Batino Elementary School, has only 50 minutes for one subjects section, so the time management is very important because we have to explained the materials and make sure the pupils was understand. With +- 30 students in each class, we need to more concern which one is not pay attention with teacher and which one started to talking each other.
