[PART 6] Journey : Foods in Phillipines

FOODS


1. Kwek -Kwek
Today (January 13th, 2019) we try Filipino Streetfood for the first time, the name is "Kwek kwek" made by deep-frying orange batter covered hard-boiled eggs. The taste is so delicious, but if you eat more and more everyday, you can have a diabetes sickness (joke)

. But the only one problem is we only can have the soy sauce and vinegar with this food, omg, I need the Chilli sauce anyway. But okay, So I can taste it with different way.

2. Halo-Halo
Today (January 16th, 2019) we try filipino dessert called "Halo-halo" at Mang Inasal Araneta Center. This dessert is similar with Indonesian dessert called "Es Campur", but the ingredients and how it taste is different. Omg I loved halo-halo so much from the first taste, this is too sweet but the mixed was good. I cann't find dessert like this one in Indonesia.

3. CHICKEN ADOBO & PANCIT 
   (All People can Eat Filipino Foods)
Today (January 24th, 2019) our Nanay invite us to taste the filipino food at Cabalen Restaurant, there're so many food that can we taste as much as we want. They have "Chicken Adobo" that similar to "Semur ayam" in Indonesia. They also have "Pancit", a noodle with filipino taste, and so many more. We also can make our own halo-halo for our desset, yummy!

4. Taho
Today (January 27th, 2019) we're going to Rizal Park and taste Taho, I can't explained what is that, but the taste is very good. like a tofu mixed by the sauce. Maybe this is the one favorite-filipino-food.
